Does 4league hold our organization's money?

No. Payments are made directly to your organization's own Stripe account, and Stripe pays them out to the bank account you entered during onboarding. 4league's platform fee is deducted automatically and shown in the app before you connect.

What does it cost?

There is no monthly fee for the membership feature. Each payment carries Stripe's standard card processing fee plus a small 4league platform fee, both deducted before the payout.

Which countries and currencies are supported?

Organizations registered in more than 40 countries supported by Stripe can connect, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Japan, the United Arab Emirates and most of Europe. Each plan can use any currency your Stripe account accepts; payments in another currency are converted into your payout currency by Stripe.

Can members still pay in cash or by bank transfer?

Yes. An admin marks the member's fee as paid until a chosen date and can add a note. The member then shows as Paid, just like after a card payment.

Can a federation collect dues from its clubs, or a competition charge an entry fee?

Yes. Plans can be aimed at players, at teams, at member organizations or at teams entering a competition, and each of them pays through the same secure Stripe checkout.
